Tuition & Scholarship Information:

We at the Racing to Equity Consulting Group center our work in advancing economic justice. Therefore, when constructing our fee scale, we have taken into consideration the hundreds of years of systemic economic advantage White people have been the beneficiaries of, creating pervasive economic injustice for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.

  • Sliding Scale for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color: $3,500 - $5,000

  • Sliding Scale for White People: $5,500 - $7,500

  • 6 Partial Scholarships will be awarded. 5 to Black, Indigenous and People of Color and 1 to people who identify as White.

    • To apply for a partial scholarship: Please inform us in your application if you are unable to afford the low end of the sliding scale. Please indicate what you are able to afford over a 5 month payment plan. If you are accepted into The Institute, we will be in touch with you to discuss further details on our process for scholarships.

Once accepted, you will be asked to sign an Institute participation pledge and financial agreement, to pay in full or make a deposit, and have two post deposit installments planned if you have not paid in full.

To advance economic justice for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, we encourage White applicants to make an additional contribution beyond their tuition fee (there is a space to indicate this amount on the application form).

Registration & Application information:

Registration for the Transformational Leadership Institute for Healing, Liberation, and Racial Equity begins with an applications process:

Leadership Commitment:

The Transformational Leadership Institute for Healing, Liberation, and Racial Equity is an 11 month cohort-based leadership program. The Institute is designed to provide a holistic approach for Leadership Development to advance racial equity and social justice. This program is centered in a whole body approach that honors our personal and collective well-being and sustains our courageous spirits.

This will be 11 full-day sessions scheduled from 8am-4pm PST. In order to be accepted you need to confirm your participation in at least 10 of the 11 sessions.

You will be assigned to a small learning and support community that will be required to meet at a minimum of once month in between sessions. These small learning communities are designed for participants to enhance learning and engage in deeper reflection and examination of their leadership practices for racial equity. These groups also serve as a system of accountability.

All participants will be given monthly assignments to implement learning in the context of our personal and professional practices.
