Speaking Engagements

Our ethnically and linguistically diverse team is available for all types of speaking engagements, from keynote addresses and lectures to podcasts and radio interviews. We cover a variety of topics related to racial equity and social justice. 

 

Cancellation

& Work Postponement Policy 

 

 

Policy for engagements of four hours or more: 

 

  • Postponement or cancellation more than 7 weeks prior to the event – there is no facilitator fee penalty. 

​

  • Postponement or cancellation 4-6 weeks prior to the event will be billed at 35% of the facilitator fee + incurred expenses. Any incurred expenses will be invoiced at cost with receipts provided. 

 

  • Postponement or cancellation 2-3 weeks prior to the event will be billed at 50% of the facilitator fee + incurred expenses. Any incurred expenses will be invoiced at cost with receipts provided. 

 

  • Postponement or cancellation one week prior to the event will be billed at 75% of facilitator fee + incurred expenses. Any incurred expenses will be invoiced at cost with receipts provided. 

 

  • Postponement or cancellation within 48 hours of the event will be billed at 100% of facilitator fee + incurred expenses. Any incurred expenses will be invoiced at cost with receipts provided. 

 

 

 

Policy for engagements under four hours: 

 

  • The Racing to Equity Consulting Group reserves the right to bill for meetings of three hours or less that are postponed or cancelled within 48 hours. Any incurred expenses will be invoiced at cost with receipt provided.
